Kathleen specializes in estate, business and executive benefits planning and estate and executive compensation planning with life insurance. She is a member of the Missouri and Illinois bars as well as an active member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. She is a nationally recognized speaker and author and adjunct professor in the LLM program at Washington University’s School of Law. She is a founding member of Affinity Law Group, LLC, a firm dedicated to providing legal services to businesses, their owners and executives at every stage of their life cycles.
Kathleen is a member of the Business Insurance & Estate Planning Committee of the Association of Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), and a Registered Financial Advisor for the National Football League Players Association. She recently presented at the Top of the Table Meeting for the Million Dollar Roundtable.

E. Dennis has achieved the industry's highest recognition known as "Top pf the Table" for the Million Dollar Round Table and sustained this status for the past 15 years. His business partners join him as part of a select few worldwide to qualify for this membership. There are fewer than 36 offices in the entire U.S. that have three partners who have earned this prestigious award. He more recently was chosen to be Chair of the Top of the Table for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.
A life-long learner, E. Dennis is always staying current with products and processes and is committed to mentoring others. he is a member of AALU and numerous community service organizations. E. Dennis is a leader in developing innovative financial strategies that combine in-depth knowledge with real-life experiences.
